Copper Ores
Copper ore generally contains around 0.5% to 5% of copper in the form of disseminated. The size is reduced roughly150mm to 25mm in Jaw and Cone crusher. The concentrates have approximately 20% to 40% copper by milling the ore down to smaller particle sizes and releasing copper in froth flotation.
Iron Ores
Iron ore is classified mainly by its ferrous content that is ranged from 30% to above 60% at the high end. The most merchantable grades lie between 58% and 65%. Iron ore concentrate is an out product that has processed (crush, grind, magnetic separation, flotation) the iron ores to produce a high-quality product for sintering furnace and pellet production etc.
